gym's no joke mans.. chongying damn pro mans no aches at all i whole body ache all day long sit down stand up walk run jump do almost everything oso pain sia my legs arms thighs shoulders n my ankle seems to be hurting lyk an idiot did i sprain it? hopefully not it's not tt pain now i'm sitting down duh?!! hahas.. okay service today was GREAT!!! p & w was awesome n everything although i felt tt it was kinda long winded hahas.. but it was good cliff's drum playing was awesome man i wan him to teach me but i noe tt will never happen so yea.. coach joy was awesome as always n when her hands touch the keyboard it's just so good u wouldn't want her to stop n the guitarist electric guitar was so beautiful mans.. the guitar was cool n the bass beautiful! o yas signing up for the camp tml XD got sore thoart constantly wanting water hahas.. then lyk my voice change but it's back now i think .. hahas.. n running nose n cough i siao one sick all come at same time but i'm very very sure by mon i okay liao always lyk tt one no diff.. hahas.. today no more xian jian qi xia zhuan (chinese paladin) so sad.. hahas..
