blessed new year everyone.. :D
Jesus has gone into 2007..
Matthew 6:31-34
31So do not worry, saying,'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' 32For the paagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.(therefore don't worry. God gives you provision and grace only for a day.. so if u keep worrying bout tml u won't have enuf grace to protect ur heart)
it is He that has gone before me (into 2007)and fought my battles for me and cleared the way for me.. everyday in 2007 is going to be a special day as Jesus will be with me :D
sabbath- on the sabbath day rest don't go out into the field on the sixth day before the sabbath God will give double portion
Exodus 16:19-30
Then Moses said to them,"No one is to keep any of it(omer) til morning." 20However some of them paid no attention to Moses; they kept part of it until morning, but
it was full of maggots and began to smell.
(here i'll cut short abit.. sorry..) 16:22 - the people gathered twice as much 16:23 - 'Tomorrow is to be a day of rest, a holy Sabbath to the Lord. So bake what you want to bake and boil what you want to boil. Save whatever is left and keep it til morning.'" 16:24 - So they saved it until morning, as Moses commanded,
it did not stink or get maggots in it. 16:25 - "Eat it today, " Moses said,"because today is a Sabbath to the LORD. You will not find any of it on the ground today. 26Six days you are to gather it, but on the seventh day, the Sabbath, there will not be any." 27Nevertheless, some people went out on the seventh day to gather it, but they found none. 28The the LORD said to Moses,"
How long will you refuse to keep my commands and my instructions? 29 Bear in mind that the LORD has given you the Sabbath; that is why on the sixth day he gives you bread for two days. Everyone is to stay where he is on the seventh day(abide in me); no one is to go out." 30So the people rested on the seventh day.
Exodus 16 is before the ten commandments but in 16:28 the Lord said that the people refused to keep his commands and his instructions.. cos the people refused to rest .. on the sixth day God gave double portion.. riches come from God you don't work to be rich. there will be double portion with both quality and quantity..
Solomon (peaceful) was the richest man alive 6 trillon dollars..
1 Kings 5:4-5
4But now the Lord my God has given me
rest on every side, and there is no adversary(satan) or disaster. 5I intened, therefore, to build a temple for the Name of the Lord my God, as the Lord told my father David, when he said,'Your son whom I will put on the throne in your place will build the temple for my Name.'
Why did God give me rest? so that there is no adversary nor evil accurants
1 Kings 5:3
"You know that because of the wars waged against my father David from all sides, he could not build a temple for the Name of the Lord his God until the Lord put his enemies under his feet
David couldn't build the temple a fighting man can't build God a house it takes a man of rest tp build God a house
Job 3:25-26
25What I feared has come upon me; what I dreaded has happened to me. 26I have no peace, no quietness; I have
no rest, but only turmoil."
the first thing the devil tempts u to do is to get out of rest.. rest in Christ you faith and rest comes by hearing the word of God David spoke out hid faith and was confident in God.. Christ confidence
1 Peter 5:6-7
6Hu,ble yourselves, therefore, under God's mghty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. 7Cast all you anxiety on him because he cares for you.
how to be humble? cast all your cares upon him for he cares for you
pride? ppl who try to resolve their problems
God wants to exalt you not u exalt yourself look into His goodness
2007 is going to be a year of inward rest.. by resting you will receive double portion :D

the start of the new year.. 2007.. 2006 passed by really fast i'm glad to have known new ppl hang out with the old ones.. but to look forward in 2007 i'm sure Abba's gonna restore everything tt u have lost in 2006 not only restore but give double portion .. rest in Him.. :D
